Data Pile is a rather large database of investors. It includes both angel investors and VCs and even allows you to filter by different locations. This is great but for the price of $99 per month, Data Pile will limit you to only 100 investors per month. So in short, Data Pile is an impressive investor database, but with the limitations they impose, you're likely better off using a database like Crunchbase or LeadLoft, both of which have no limitations on the number of investors you can prospect.
